Encompass® Resource Center

* Ellie Mae Encompass Users: Please supply your company’s client ID, and your Encompass username and password, in order to log into the Ellie Mae Resource Center. If you do not have an Encompass username and password, please contact your company’s Encompass administrator.

* If your company does not use Encompass: Please supply the Ellie Mae Resource Center credentials that have been supplied to you.

You could not be logged in.

Please review the following reasons for a failed login and try again.

Common reasons for a failed login:

  •   The user ID and/or password combination is not correct.
  • Use the same UserID and Password that you use to log in to your Encompass® software. If your company does not use Encompass, please use the Ellie Mae Resource Center Credentials that have been supplied to you.
  •   The Client ID is incorrect.
  • To find your Client ID, look in the footer of any email we’ve sent to you. Alternatively, log into Encompass, click the Help menu and then select About Encompass.
  •   Caps Lock may be on.
  • Login fields are case sensitive. Turn Caps Lock off if on.
  • IMPORTANT: If you still cannot log in, contact your system administrator for assistance.
